How To Register for Surgery

If arriving for surgery, please enter through the front entrance of the hospital and go directly to the surgery reception window. If you are arriving to be admitted or for other needs, please use the front desk or back entrance and proceed to either Registration area. You will be asked to provide your insurance information. You will also be asked to sign consents based upon the type of treatment you will be receiving. All information is treated confidentially. Following the Registration process, you will be escorted to your room or to the appropriate treatment area.
