Our orthopedic team offers a full range of care covering injuries, chronic conditions and ongoing concerns, starting with your first evaluation and continuing through recovery.

Our sports medicine physicians are fellowship-trained in sports medicine and trauma, providing expert care for patients at every age and activity level: youth and high school athletes, recreational players, weekend competitors and active adults. Our team treats and helps prevent injuries to keep you moving and in the game.

Sports medicine services are available at both of our locations. Conditions and services include:

• ACL tears and ligament/tendon injuries
• Arthroscopy and minimally invasive procedures
• Concussion evaluation and management (ImPACT® testing)
• Athletic training support for local high school athletes (Bowling Green, Eastwood, Elmwood and Patrick Henry)
• Summer Sports Performance Training (ages 12+, June–July)

Wood County Hospital is also the exclusive healthcare provider for BGSU Falcon Athletics, offering on-site medical support, athletic training and physical and occupational therapy for student athletes.
