Join us for a free, monthly support group created for individuals living with cancer—and the people who care for them. This six-month educational series offers a safe, welcoming space to:

  • Connect with others on a similar journey
  • Learn about cancer care and wellness topics
  • Share stories, challenges, and hope

What to Expect Each Month

Every session features a unique topic designed to support your well-being during and after cancer treatment.

Nutrition

Tips for eating well during treatment, managing side effects, and stocking a helpful pantry.

Dental Health

Learn how to care for your teeth and mouth before and during treatment—plus how to ease common side effects.

Beauty & Self-Care

Skincare, makeup, and self-love during your cancer journey.

Exercise & Mindfulness

Relaxation techniques including meditation, breathing, stretching, and guided imagery.

Sleep Support

Improve rest and manage sleep changes during treatment and recovery.

Caregiver Support

Encouragement and practical tools for those walking alongside a loved one with cancer.

This group is open to:

  • Cancer patients (at any stage)
  • Caregivers and loved ones
  • Anyone seeking community and wellness resources during or after treatment

Location Details

Unless otherwise noted, all sessions are held in The Maurer Family Cancer Care Center conference room.
Free parking is available.
