For participants of most fitness levels, Deep Water Workout offers individuals a total body workout without impact on joints.  Exercises promote the use of all muscles to improve body alignment, strength and toning, awareness of proper movement and core control.  A flotation belt is used for safety and support.  Additional equipment may be incorporated as needed for more advanced workouts.  No swim skills are required to participate.

Baby/Toddler & Parent Swim

Class Full

This water adjustment class is for ages 6-30 months.  Participants learn to blow bubbles, float on the tummy and back with adult support, submerge and surface, and develop basic water safety awareness.

Parents receive safety information including use of flotation from noodles to life jackets.  Class time includes large and small group instruction with individual practice time.  Games and music augment the learning experience.
