Vaughn Hoblet, CNP Joins North Baltimore Family Practice and Deshler Family Practice

We are excited to welcome Vaughn Hoblet, Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP), to North Baltimore Family Practice and Deshler Family Practice. Vaughn brings a strong background in primary care and a commitment to helping patients live healthier, longer lives while maximizing their quality of life.

He earned his undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University. He completed both his Master of Science in Nursing and Post-Master's Certificate as a Family Nurse Practitioner at the University of Toledo. Vaughn is a member of the Ohio Association of Advanced Practice Nurses (OAAPN) and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).

Before joining Wood County Hospital, Vaughn practiced at ProMedica Adult Medicine Clinic in Toledo, where he provided comprehensive care to the local community.

Vaughn is passionate about primary care with a focus on preventive medicine and managing chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, weight issues and thyroid disorders. He is eager to serve the local community and shared, "I look forward to serving a community close to home and making a difference in the patients I have the privilege to care for."

Outside of work, Vaughn enjoys spending time with his family, whether cooking for them, attending their activities or coaching their sports teams. He is also an avid outdoor sportsman.
