Jessica Gagen, CNP, Joins Falcon Health Center
We are excited to welcome Jessica Gagen, CNP, to the primary care team at Falcon Health Center. Jessica strives to build long-term, trusting relationships and is committed to helping patients feel supported and capable of achieving their best health.
Jessica earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Chamberlain University in Chicago, Illinois. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and the Ohio Association of Advanced Practice Nurses (OAANP).
Before joining Falcon Health Center, Jessica practiced as a nurse practitioner with ProMedica Physicians Family Medicine in Fostoria. Prior to that she worked at Wood County Hospital as a nurse and shared that returning to the team in this new role feels truly special as she continues caring for her hometown community. Jessica’s clinical interests include preventive medicine with an emphasis on holistic care and a background in weight loss medicine. She is excited to learn from experienced colleagues, grow as a provider and contribute to a team that values high-quality patient-centered care.
Outside of work, she loves spending time with her daughter, reading, playing or cuddling. She also enjoys reading when she has a chance and being outdoors as much as possible, whether camping, going to the park or traveling with her family. Something people might be surprised to learn is that she is allergic to dogs and other animals, but happily endures the symptoms because she loves her pets so much.
Please join us in welcoming Jessica to the Falcon Health Center primary care team!
