Abbie Joy, PA-C, Joins the FHC Sports Medicine & Orthopedics Team
We are pleased to welcome Abbie Joy, PA-C, who recently joined the Falcon Health Sports Medicine & Orthopedics team. Abbie provides orthopedic care with a focus on helping patients recover, return to activity and achieve their individual goals through personalized, patient-centered treatment.
Abbie earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Findlay and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Her clinical interests include sports injuries, acute orthopedic conditions such as fractures and sprains, chronic joint pain and arthritis, and guiding patients through a safe progression back to activity and play.
Before joining Falcon Health, Abbie practiced as a physician assistant with the Orthopaedic Institute of Ohio, providing care across multiple Northwest Ohio locations, including Lima, Findlay, Tiffin, Upper Sandusky and Ottawa. Her experience treating a wide range of orthopedic conditions enables her to deliver thoughtful, well-rounded care tailored to each patient’s needs.
Originally from McComb, Ohio, Abbie has strong ties to the region. She completed her undergraduate degree at Bowling Green State University and appreciates the opportunity to provide care within her local community. She shared, “My goal is to provide both exceptional and personalized care to every patient I see. I believe involving patients in their care is important, so I focus on helping them understand their condition and treatment options in order to best prioritize their goals and outcomes.”
