Dr. Cody Estrel works with patients of all ages and backgrounds and has a special interest in working with athletes. BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Forrester is originally from Toledo, and he grew up around the country in his early years as his father was in the U.S. Airforce.
He attended The Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his psychiatric residency at The University of Toledo Medical Center. He is a member of The American Psychiatric Association.
Dr. Forrester has worked as a staff psychiatrist for the Veterans Administration and still maintains part time work at The Fulton County Health Center in Wauseon, Ohio. He also has experience working for the State of Ohio and The Family and Child Abuse Prevention Center in Toledo.

BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Gurpreet Nagra, a dedicated family medicine physician, completed her Doctor of Medicine degree at St. George’s University. She later pursued her residency in Family Medicine at the University of British Columbia, where she received training in Pediatrics, Surgery, Critical Care, Orthopedics and Rural Medicine and served as Curriculum Representative for international medical graduates. Dr. Nagra holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Cell Biology and Physiology from Simon Fraser University.

Dr. Noftz has been caring for BGSU students since 2006 as the Head Team Physician and Director of Athletic Medicine. As both a Sports Medicine Physical Therapist and Family Medicine Physician, he enjoys all aspects of Primary Care with a special interest in musculoskeletal/sports related injuries.
An alum of BGSU, Dr. Noftz as serves as the medical director of BGSU’s Sports Performance Team assisting in implementing appropriate nutritional, conditioning and psychological strategies to improve our student athletes’ competitive edge.

BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Nowakowski received his medical degree from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine and completed Family Medicine Residency training at Promedica Toledo Hospital. Dr. Nowakowski is also fellowship trained in Primary Care Sports Medicine. He has a background in sports medicine and his special interests include ultrasound guides injections, osteopathic manipulation, musculoskeletal diagnostic ultrasound, treatment of tendonitis, regenerative medicine (platelet rich plasma, prolotherapy, stem cell), concussion management and fracture care.
He enjoys offering his patients a comprehensive approach to care to provide overall better health.

Katie has experience in diagnosis and treating anxiety disorders. Jenny Hutton MPAS, PA-C is a native of Northwest Ohio and completed her undergraduate work at The University of Findlay where she received a Bachelor of Health Studies with an emphasis in Psychology and a Bachelor of Health Studies with an emphasis in Pre-Physician Assistant Studies. She obtained her Master of Physician Assistant Studies in 2010 from The University of Findlay. She spent the first eight years of her career working in local emergency room departments before accepting a position in urgent care. Jenny has recently joined the Falcon Health Center full time and is a board-certified Physician Assistant. She lives in Findlay and enjoys spending time with her husband and three children who are active in soccer.

Brittany Saha, physician assistant, earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Bowling Green State University and went on to complete her Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences through the Physician Assistant Program at The University of Toledo.
Before joining Falcon Health Center, Brittany worked in an Urgent Care, where she provided care for pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients. Her clinical focus includes diagnosing and treating a range of common conditions such as bronchitis, pneumonia, asthma, sinusitis, and urinary tract infections. She is also experienced in performing minor procedures, including wound closures, splint application, and abscess drainage.
Saha is passionate about patient-centered care and shared, “My main objective is to be a positive influence in my patients' lives by genuinely listening to their concerns and providing them with the best healthcare possible.”

Stefanie Johnson joined the Falcon Health Center in 2018. She completed her undergraduate work studying Psychology and Sociology at Bowling Green State University in 2004. She graduated from Mercy College of Northwest Ohio with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2008. She graduated from the University of Toledo with a Master’s degree in Nursing in the Family Nurse Practitioner program in 2013. She is certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Prior to working at the Falcon Health Center, she worked for two years in acute care as a nurse practitioner in the stroke service at the University of Toledo Medical Center. She enjoys the diversity of working in an urgent care setting, and looks forward to working at the Falcon Health Center for many years.
