Ai Chi in 3 adds energy and excitement to Ai Chi.  Ai Chi 3 changes the speed of movements and challenges the core while maintaining low impact or no impact shallow water exercise.  You will learn how to use different hand and arm position and learn to coordinate breathing with movement to increase muscle strength and burn calories.  Ai Chi Fitness combines Ai Chi moves with exercise for additional options to movement.

Low Impact Aquatics

Low Impact Aquatics uses moves adapted from land based Yoga, Pilates, Barre, and incorporates Ai Chi designed for water.  Participants will gain strength, endurance and flexibility through gentle movement, sustained positions and efficient breathing with little to no pressure on joints.

This class meets on Thursdays at 5:15 pm starting October 3. The session will include 7 classes over 8 weeks (no class on November 7)
