    Look Good, Feel Better

    The American Cancer Society helps female cancer patients with the Look Good...Feel Better program. Guided by a volunteer cosmetologist, female cancer patients who participate in this class learn how to use make-up and skincare techniques to overcome the appearance-related effects of chemotherapy and radiation. Look Good...Feel Better is offered through a partnership of the American Cancer Society; the Cosmetic, personal Care Products Council Foundation; and the National Cosmetology Association. Classes and materials are provided free of charge to women in active cancer treatment. To ensure women recieve a makeup kit, they must register no later than the Friday prior to the session by calling 888-227-6446.
