Vascular Testing

We offer a comprehensive range of testing to help identify problems in your arteries such as peripheral vascular disease, carotid artery disease and aortic aneurysm. Your tests are performed by registered vascular technologists and read by a physician specially trained to interpret the results.

Peripheral Arterial Evaluation and Ankle-Brachial Index (ABI)

Non-invasive tests that measure blood flow through your arteries:

  • Doppler Ultrasound
  • Pulse Volume Recordings (PVR)
  • Segmental Blood Pressures (SBP)

 Carotid Duplex

Ultrasound that detects blockage in the carotid artery in your neck.

 Abdominal Aorta Duplex

Ultrasound that tests for an aneurysm (bulge) in the main artery of your body.

If you’re concerned about vascular disease, talk with your doctor. Vascular testing requires a referral from a primary care provider or specialist.
