Low Impact Aquatics uses moves adapted from land based Yoga, Pilates, Barre, and incorporates Ai Chi designed for water. Participants will gain strength, endurance and flexibility through gentle movement, sustained positions and efficient breathing with little to no pressure on joints.
This is an 8 week session starting January 7 and ending February 25.
