Ai Chi promotes wellness through the use of gentle movements and healing breaths. Movements are executed in a slow, rounded, and flowing pattern coordinated with controlled breathing. Through Ai Chi, an individual can achieve balance and stability, calmness, and a sense of well-being physically, emotionally and spiritually.
This is an 8 week class starting January 10 and ending February 28.
