Registration
If arriving for surgery, please go to the front entrance of the hospital and go directly to the surgery reception window. If you are arriving to be admitted or for other needs, use the front or back entrance and go to either Registration area. You will be asked for insurance information and hospital personnel will scan your insurance cards. You will be asked to sign consents based upon the type of treatment you will be receiving. All information is treated confidentially. Following the interview, you will be escorted to your room or to the appropriate treatment area.
