Wood County Hospital is fully accredited by The Joint Commission.

Wood County Hospital has achieved Stage 6 of the HIMSS Analytics Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Adoption Model. This distinction honors our organizational accomplishments to implement technology solutions that have the ability to improve patient safety and quality of care. As of Dec. 2013, only (12%) 675 hospitals in the U.S. carry a Stage 6 designation.

The Center for Weight Loss Surgery is an accredited by the Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery accreditation and Quality Improvement Program. 

Wood County Hospital, Vascular Diagnostics Center accreditation by the Intersocietal Commission for the Acceditation of Vascular Laboratories (ICAVL).

Wood County Hospital Blood Gas Laboratory, Accreditation Committee of the College of American Pathologists (CAP).

The Sleep Disorders Center is accredited by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM).

The Mammography Service at Wood County Hospital is accredited by the American College of Radiology (ACR).

Wood County Hospital is accredited by the Ohio State Medical Association for four years as a provider of continuing medical education for physicians. 

Wood County Hospital's Main Laboratory has been awarded accrediation by the Accrediation Committee of the College of American Patholists (CAP) based on results of an on-site inspection.  Wood County Hospital's Main Laboratory is one of more than 7,000 CAP-accrediated facilities worldwide.
